SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Consent to Receive SMS Messages

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in via our web form, contact request, or another medium, you consent to receive SMS messages from Denker Law Firm, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) for client service, case updates, appointment reminders, scheduling updates and other informational alerts. Message frequency will vary depending on your interaction with us.

2. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply as determined by your wireless carrier. We do not charge you for these messages, but you are responsible for any carrier fees.

3. How to Opt Out / Get Help

At any time, you may opt out of receiving SMS messages by replying STOP to any message we send. After we receive the STOP request, we will send a final confirmation text acknowledging your opt-out. 4. Privacy & Sharing of Your Information

Mobile numbers, SMS consent, and related data collected for SMS communications will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. We may share limited information with trusted service providers (such as SMS delivery vendors) in order to provide the SMS service, under strict confidentiality obligations. 5. Relationship to Legal/Website Terms

Your enrollment in our SMS program does not create an attorney-client relationship. Nothing in these Terms of Use or SMS Terms & Conditions, or your subscription to SMS messages, changes the legal terms set out in our website’s Terms of Use (“Effective Date: September 30, 2025”).

6. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these SMS Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will include a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued receipt of SMS messages after any changes indicates your acceptance of those changes.
